WYSIWYG editor not avilable while editing Sharepoint Wiki Pages

My organization upgraded from XP to Windows 7. All went well ... almost well. We have limited number of Wiki site users within our Sharepoint environment.

A Particular user wasnt able to edit the wiki site. When Edit option was hit, the html version of the site would be displayed. WYSIWYG editor option wasnt even visible.

This link said this could be a common issue with 64 bit version of the IE. Fine. but how do you switch to 32 bit within Windows 7???

Click Windows button, search for Internet Explorer, it returns the following option,

Internet Explorer
Internew Explorer (64 bit)

I recommended the user to chose and use the first Internet Explorer which is 32 bit. And afcourse the issue was fixed. WYSIWYG editor worked fine while editing the WIKI.

Problem solved.
