Sharepoint 2007 Members must edit\delete items created by other members

In SharePoint 2007 version Members of a site cannot edit or delete list items that have been created by other members.

If you need to modify this and provide the members with the ability to edit or delete, then do the following.

Step 1: Chose a list that needs this change.

Step 2: Go to the list settings page.

 Step 3: Select "Advanced Settings".

Step 4: Edit Item level Permission.
